The General Director of Spice Media told the heads of Press Services how to deal with negativity on the Internet

On July 27, Victoria Kulibanova gave a speech at a seminar for the Press Services at the Baltinfo's press center where she presented the fundamental tools of anti-crisis PR online .The seminar was geared towards the press services of heads of municipalities and mass media of Leningrad region. The event was organized by The Committee for Press and Public Relations of the Leningrad region.
